Privacy Policy

Account data: your email and (optionally) name, used to grant access and send your magic link.

Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI details, only a payment reference and status.

Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which lessons and tools are used, so we can improve them.

To deliver access, send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts), provide support, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

We use a single secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We default to privacy-preserving choices and only use essential cookies for core functionality.

We rely on a small set of processors: Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. Each only receives the data needed for their function.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@d2cacquisition.lab. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We keep account and order records for as long as your access is active and as required for tax and accounting, then delete or anonymise them.
